Take the Roadmap to Reality

So now we have The Roadmap, how do we turn that into reality?

You remember that to create a world of peace, opportunity and wellbeing for all (POW4all), takes six components: the first three are GenR-based; the next three are out in the real world.

The three posts in this series show how we bring all six to life over the course of the summer and essentially answer the question, "What's In It For Me?"

#1: The Citizen-led Future

If you just want to observe the process and stay up to date, then this site and the newsletter will enable you to do that. Just hit the "I'm ready!" button and you can sign up for free.

And then tell your colleagues, friends and relatives about us, because a Citizen-led Future needs citizens!😀

#2: The GenR Leaders Center Coop (GLCC)

This is where the rubber meets the road, to coin a phrase.

The Offer on this site is for you to become a Founding Member of GLCC for US$60.

GLCC is the legal entity that will own the infrastructure for creating POW4all; Members own GLCC.

3 points:

  1. GLCC is a start-up. If ever you have been involved in one (as a Founder or not) you will know that it is a time of great enthusiasm and creativity. Choices get to be made about how the organization will make its mark on the world and as a Founder your voice carries weight.
  2. GLCC is a cooperative. There is no corporate hierarchy (a less violent form of Strongman Leadership). There are no powerful investors (Strongmen) pressuring the CEO to layoff a large part of the workforce to improve results. A coop is bottom-up - Members choose leadership and management who are aligned with them and the Coop's Vision. Likewise the Coop's systems. It's a Member-led Democracy.
  3. GLCC is aspirational. Coops are most often associated with local, stable pursuits such as agricultural production or housing. GLCC is neither - it aspires to have global Members and global impact. To be a global force for good.

At the same time, GLCC is a for-profit organization. A central question is "How can we be a beacon of light in the world and still provide a return for Members?" A typical organization enriches those at the top; GLCC has the potential to make life better for everyone.

GLCC Timeline

The diagram above shows the activities for GLCC throughout the summer of 2026.

The months outlined in red are launch months: the Founders Launch in May, the Risers Launch in July and the Members Launch in September. The intent is to have over 5 million Members by the end of September. Founder Members make this possible.

Walking Back from September

September is Citizen-led Future Month.

To mark Citizen-led Future Month, there are 3 Events:

  1. The World Reinvention Forum (WRF)
Intended as a counterbalance to The World Economic Forum which a celebration of the Strongman Leadership philosophy, WRF highlights how citizens can reinvent systems to lead to POW4all.

There will be 4 initiatives launched:
    - the GenR University;
    - the GLCC Reinvention Platform;
    - the first Citizen-led Democracy project Reinvent USA! (using the platform)
    - the Reinvention Party, a global and local political party to implement Citizen-led Democracy systems throughout the world.

Step back and ask yourself: is that newsworthy? Can you see coverage of this in newspapers, on TV and streaming news, in the blogosphere, on You Tube and TikTok; and in the world of podcasts? The only answer is "Hell yes!"

  2. The Peace Leaders Summit (PLS)
As this site points out ad nauseam, the new type of leadership is required to lead to POW4all - Peace Leadership.

Strongman Leadership can be lazy - to win, just deploy more armed enforcers (think Ukraine or Iran). Real peace in the world (not just a pause between conflicts) requires a higher level of consciousness.

    The PLS launches two initiatives:
    - the GenR Leaders Center
    - The Peace Leaders Network

While not as dramatic as the World Reinvention Forum, PLS introduces the world to a high-vibration leadership style that will spread Citizen Leadership throughout the world.

  3. The Love In Action Festival (LIAF)
Strongman leaders do a great job in spreading fear and distrust of others - lowering the collective vibration by flooding the zone with misinformation and propaganda. There currently is no large scale counterbalance to this.

The LIAF is intended to provide this counterbalance. In addition to being a celebration of Peace and Love through music and other arts, the LIAF launches two initiatives:
    - the Flood the Zone with Love Initiative
    - the Recalibrate! Community (see Recalibrate! for details).

Do you see why September is Citizen-led Future month? All six of the necessary steps to POW4all are announced, launched and open for business. There's a lot of decisions to be made and work to be done before then. Founder Members are a crucial part.

#3: GenR Rising

The Rising is how we make those decisions and do the work. It promises to be a life-changing process for Founders and ultimately all the world. Go here to take another step.

Imagine

Imagine it's September. The World Reinvention Forum has just wrapped up.

  • For the first time people can see there is a path to world peace.
  • The world is now aware of Citizen-led Democracy and the idea of a Citizen-led Future.
  • Reinvent America! and Reinvent UK! have successfully launched to millions of sign-ups.
  • Sponsors are lining up to create Reinvent Whatever-country on the Reinvention Platform.
  • People are enrolling for GenR University to learn how to reinvent systems for themselves.
  • The Reinvention Party is in the formation stages to represent citizens at global, national and local levels.

Give yourself a pat on the back. You chose to rise. You have helped turn the world around!

One More Thing

"Are you going with me?" seems an appropriate question to ask at this stage.

The Pat Metheny Group released their 3rd album in 1982 (and won a Grammy for it in 1983). The second track became one of the group's most popular live songs, instantly recognizable by fans.

This version has Pat playing with the Metropole Orchestra from Holland in 2003. 20 years after the song was released and over 20 years ago. There are many versions of this song on on You Tube - each is different because the solo is always improvised.

As you can see, after a long, hypnotic start, Pat's solo builds over time ending with a climactic ending. Body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony.

On reflection, maybe this song is not about road trips!

So, are you ready to become a Founder Member and make September Citizen-led Future Month?
