Here again is the timeline to Citizen-led Future Month in September.

Now let's walk forward and see how we are going to create it.

Components

If you look at the timeline, there are four components: Launches, Courses, Events and the key to them all, the Rising.

Launch Events

Launching has to be a key capability of the GenR Leaders Center Coop. (GLCC) because we will be launching many initiatives. There are 3 Membership launches :

The Founders Launch in May - this one - where you can change the world for $60 by becoming a Founder Member of GLCC. The invitation to become a Founder Member closes in early June

The Rising Launch in July - where the Founders determine the parameters and methods to add 5 million members. Why such a large number? Because giving a large number of citizens the opportunity is the crucial factor in making an impact on the world.

The Members Launch in September - in conjunction with the events in the Citizen-led Future month. Again, Founder Members are instrumental in determining the parameters and methods to add more Members.

Then there are the launch surrounding the September events themselves. If you are marketing-oriented, this is the place to be!

Courses

There are 2 Courses included in your Founder Membership:

Getting Real - is a series of e-mails that prepare to let go of the powerlessness that Strongman Leadership has programmed you with and to own your own power as a capable, creative world citizen.

Recalibrate! - is a 10 part program that builds on the Getting Real series and takes you to a new understanding of what it is to be human, how to raise your vibration at will from fear and anxiety to love and compassion - which are the vibrations which create peace. There's nothing like it and it can change your life.

Events

Apart from Launch Events, there is only one major event before September, the General meeting of the Coop.

The General Meeting - of GLCC marks the official start of GenR Rising though work will be done beforehand. At the meeting, you approve the Vision, Goals and Guiding Principles of the Coop and elect the Directors, Officers and Managers (DOMs) who will operate the Coop in alignment with them. (In other words the inverse of the normal corporate hierarchy, despite the acronym!)). As a Founding Member you are eligible to stand for election to the DOMs, no other Members have that opportunity until next year. There will be more details on the General Meeting in June.

The September events are outlined here.

GenR Rising

The Rising is a one-time only opportunity for Founding and Rising Members of GLCC to co-create the infrastructure necessary for the Citizen-led Future.

It is celebration of personal and community creativity - a self-organized, bottom-up, non-hierarchical brilliant abnormality in a world of top-down, AI-driven, boring mediocrity. It's your opportunity to rise and shine.

Outputs

Here are the outputs from the Rising.

Reading from left to write, we have Events which launch products and projects. Which means the Rising has to be organized to make that possible.

Organization

This is a first draft of the "organization chart". If there is a more effective way, it can and will be changed.

Using community software, the Rising is organized into 6 Pods as the following diagram shows (the red dots).

As a Founder you can join any, all or none of the Pods as you like. It's totally your choice. The job of each Pod is top level - to finalize the design of the components it is responsible for and supervise their completion.

Each Pod self-manages - there is no official structure or Strongman. Note the diagram has lines connecting each Pod to every other one. They are not silos, they are co-creative units if you like.

In the center is the Board of Directors to which you can be elected at the General Meeting. The Rules of the Coop allow for 7 Directors, ideally one from each Pod plus one other.

The Pods

Lets look at each Pod one by one.

The Attraction Pod has two jobs - make us famous (us being the Citizen-led Movement and GLCC) and to manage the Launch Events. 2 BIG jobs but manageable if you are a marketer. Key to the first will be earned media - for which we have many unique hook points. Key to the second will be devising and owning a replicable launch methodology.

The Technology Pod has 3 jobs:

  • to create the Reinvention Platform on which Reinvention Projects like Reinvent America! and Reinvent UK! are completed,
  • to create the GenR University (to teach students the world over how to reinvent systems and introduce Citizen-led concepts); and
  • to create the technology aspects of the Leaders Center.

Again, three big jobs with a short timeline.

The Content Pod - is in charge of creating/coordinating the courses that go into the GenR University and creating GLCC outreach in the form of newsletters and podcasts. And the website and social media requirements of the other Pods.

The Events Pod - have a clear mandate: produce the Events taking place in September: the World Reinvention Forum, the Peace leaders Summit and the Love in Action Festival.

Again, three big jobs with a short timeline.

The Projects Pod - each of the Events in September have the launch of products (such as the Reinvention Platform) or projects (such as the Citizen-led Democracy projects) within them. Products are GLCC's products. Projects will tend to be sponsored / owned / managed by external parties. The Projects Pod is a liaison with the third parties. The consulting arm of GLCC if you like.

The Management Pod - looks after coordination, culture and cash - the three C's.

Normally management is "higher" in the organization chart. Not here. Coercion is not a thing in GLCC; maintaining the culture is. There will be more on this as we go along.

The GLCC Board - not really a Pod in itself, the Board is drawn from them. Directors are elected from the Members and responsible for legal compliance and overall strategy in an open and transparent manner.

Summary

The challenge is great - there's a lot to do in a short time. However, with enthusiasm, creativity and cooperation, we can all rise and shine in the summer of '26.

Imagine

Imagine it's the end of September.

Citizen-led Future Month was a resounding success. Millions of people are now involved in creating Citizen-led initiatives all over the world. The media are buzzing. For once there is anticipation of things getting better.

Reflect for a moment how much you and your Podmates have grown personally and collectively over the summer as Founder Members of GLCC. You have proved you can do great things with more to come!

You'll never forget the summer of '26...

One More Thing

If there is an anthem for GenR Rising, this is it.

Richard Earnshaw is a British DJ and Producer who mainly goes in for house music. Here, in a change of pace, he teams up with American poet Ursula Rucker and the late, great vibraphonist Roy Ayers to deliver a call for people to Rise above what's going on in the world.

There's no motion video to distract from the profound words and the music that complements them perfectly. Best listened to with earphones!

So, are you ready to Rise?
