This post gives you a birds eye view of GenR Rising and Citizen-led Democracy in 3 zones - red, yellow and green, like a traffic light:

• the Red Zone, showing the dangers of the top down status quo (ie annihilation)
• the Orange Zone, showing the challenge we are facing, the assets we have and the constraints on us, and
• the Green Zone outlining how we can lead the world to peace, opportunity and wellbeing for all. And have fun doing it!

1. Where we are - increasing top down authoritarian governance worldwide; rule by fear; population surveillance; constant conflict; AI/nuclear weapons threaten to destroy us all.
2. Inevitable Future - US soft power decline; reliance on “lethality; at best, a few autocratic power zones; at worst, nuclear destruction. Unless we regular people take action, now.

1. The Challenge - that regular people (GenR) own our power, reinvent governance systems from the bottom up and lead the world to peace, opportunity and wellbeing for all (POW4all). 
2. Assets - the large number of people desiring change; the talent, creativity and expertise housed in them; ability to communicate; inevitability of an idea whose time has come.
3. Constraints - the stickiness of broken governance systems and low vibration leaders; lack of belief that we can change things; lack of organization and money; status quo media and opposition.

1. GenR Rising - member-led cooperative to show viability of a Citizen-led Future (CLF). Purpose: to empower, educate and entertain citizens and overcome constraints. Outputs: Reinvention Platform, PeaceLeadership Center and World Reinvention Forum among others.
2. Citizen-led Democracy Projects -  mass gatherings of citizens; using Reinvention Platform to reinvent systems/rules and create CLD alternatives. Takes CLD from possibility to probability.
3. Peace Leadership -  implementation of new systems; key components are the Reinvention Party and the Peace Leaders Network. Will inevitably lead to…
4.  Peace, Opportunity and Wellbeing for All - inevitable outcome as Citizen-led Democracy spreads throughout the world and citizens become leaders.
