If you want to own your power, reinvent the rules and lead the world to peace, opportunity and wellbeing for all, then you are one of the Reinvention Generation.
Anybody who is GenR is invited to become a Founder Member of the GenR Leaders Center Coop that is going to make real the Citizen-led Future.
But are you GenR?
GenR is the Reinvention Generation.
The Reinvention Generation is anybody 16 or over who cares about life on earth, wants to empower themselves, create new possibilities for themselves and others and to reinvent democracy to be less divisive.
But that's a pretty broad definition, so let's see if we can narrow it down a bit...
There are no academic or experience requirements but you do need an open mind and adhere to the community’s guiding principles. Follow the Golden Rule (love your neighbour as you love yourself or do unto others as you would have them do unto you) and you'll be just fine.
Let's have a look at some categories of people that should find benefit from the GenR movement.
By Age
Young people - you are the future generation of world leaders and those who will lead the world to peace opportunity and wellbeing for all (if you don't nobody will!). The Rising helps you create the tools and develop the expertise and wisdom to do it.
Mid-age people - you are the storehouse of expertise and the parents of the young. The Rising helps you contribute that expertise to create a safer world with more opportunities for your children.
Late career and seniors - you are the storehouse of experience and wisdom. You saw the emergence of the world from the darkness of the post-war decades and can see the darkness we are reverting to. The Rising enables you contribute that wisdom to create a safer world with more opportunities for your children and grand-children.
Again, that's still pretty general. Let's go through possible motivations for joining and see if that narrows it down.
By Motivation
Career Opportunities
If career opportunities are your primary motivation, you can look at the Rising as a no-risk entrepreneurial experience.
GenR Rising has the potential to achieve $300 million within a year. By structuring it as a cooperative, you are an owner; your voice and profit share are equal to that of everybody else - you’re not a number who can be laid off if quarterly numbers are not met. Nor supplanted by AI. Nor bought out by Private Equity.
Looked at like this, the Rising is great for actual and future Salespeople, Marketeers, Creatives, Writers, Technologists, Entrepreneurs, Professionals, Systems Thinkers, Analysts, Event Planners and Change Agents.
Oh, and the unemployed, under-employed, (ex-?) government employees and AI displaced workers of course!
If you are early in your career, learn from others. If you have experience, help those with less. Everyone's creativity and contribution is invaluable.
Personal Growth
Integral to the Rising is Recalibrate!, a 10 part program that will change the way you look at yourself, the world and your place in it. Anybody who is looking for answers as to why things are the way they are and how you can own your power to change your reality will find it valuable.
As such, it suits Explorers, Dreamers, Lightworkers, Underdogs, Non-conformists, the Overwhelmed, the Introverted, the I Don’t Fitters, the Anxious and Deep Thinkers.

Social Impact
Political leaders do their best to divide society. The Rising prepares you for the World Reinvention Forum and Reinvention Projects where the new, more representative and less-divisive form of democracy is created.
In addition to those already mentioned, who would be attracted by the Reinvention Projects? Those people who benefit from the rules being reinvented in alignment with Peace Opportunity and Wellbeing for all, ie: those who serve others. You know, the people who keep society running smoothly - are often low paid and considered expendable.
Community/social workers, Teachers, Service people, Veterans, Hospital workers, Garbage collectors, Farmers/Farm workers etc. may not have a glamorous or financially rewarding job compared to a hedge fund manager, but their empathy and service are a lot more valuable to society as a whole. They are the epitome of "citizen-led".
Political Evolution
The concept of Citizen-led Democracy - of which GenR Rising is a manifestation - means that citizens collectively set the vision for the country and are involved in the design of the political system. Elections are for politicians to implement the design rather than sell their agenda.. Government of, by and for the people becomes a reality.
This bottom-up approach is a real evolution of top-down politics. So, in addition of everybody above, Mainstream Politicians, Activists and Non-Voters now have clarity to work together toward a common goal.
Peace Leadership
Who is a peace leader?
Anyone who recognizes that they are in essence Love in a Body, lives their life as Love In Action and leads the way to Peace, Opportunity and Wellbeing for all. (You may have to do the Recalibration program to believe that!)

People are basically the same the world over. Most want to live and love. We dance to the same beat. A few want power over others and they are the ones who cause conflict. If we learn to love each other, our lives will be free.
Like GenR, the world is a family. Let's give each other what we need - a little more love, more love, more love, more love...
