  1. There's a worldwide starving market. Around the world billions of people are aware that the current type of democracy (DINOs) and Strongman Leadership are not working, but there is no alternative. People are crying out for something new.
  2. The timing is right for something new. In the US people are anxious about what's happening to the country both at home and abroad and what will happen with the mid-terms. In the UK the populace has overwhelming voted against the Labour Government it elected in a landslide just over a year ago. This is the perfect time for a transformative alternative to be announced.

Concept

  1. Citizen-led Democracy is the evolution of democracy.
    1. Autocracy is: "We the people have no say in your agenda."
    2. Top Down Democracy (DINO) is "We the people vote on your agenda but you don't have to follow it".
    3. Citizen-led Democracy (CLD) is "You deliver on our agenda" and change the power dynamics dramatically. Politicians become actual public servants.
  2. CLD is future-oriented not stuck in the past. Most of the wars in the world are because of events that took place in the past. For example, Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Or religious wars in the Middle East. Or China's coverting of Taiwan. All areStrongmen wanting to reclaim the past. CLD looks to the future to create Peace, Opportunity and Wellbeing for all (POW4all).
  3. CLD is an idea whose time has come. Direct democracy is now possible thanks to technology. A recurring theme of technology advances over the last 40 years is that they democratize things that were previously exclusive to a few. CLD democratizes democracy.
  4. CLD destroys the inadequacies of DINO democracy. Think about the shortcomings of current political systems. In the US, the Electoral College goes. Gerrymandering goes. PACs go. CLD reinvents the system and eliminates the shortcomings.

Organization

The way the GenR Leaders Center Coop and GenR Rising have been organized create a number of reasons why this will work:

  1. They are Member-led. They are bottom-up, aligned to a vision. Just like CLD.
  2. Easy to join. You only have to be 16 and can afford US$60 to become a Founding Member of a potentially $300 million startup. No interview, academic achievements or experience requirements.
  3. Amazing Resources. This amount of creativity, passion and brainpower directed at creating POW4all has never been assembled before.
  4. You choose where you want to spend your time. Nobody gives you orders. You learn what you want to learn.
  5. Everyone is equal. Your vote is the same as anyone else's. There are no special privileges nor ability to take the Coop over.
  6. Exclusive Opportunities. Where else can you help create a unique technology platform, a University, a Leadership Center and 3 global events?

  1. Everyone is transformed. In the Rising you and your Fellow Members are transformed. In Citizen-led Democracy your country and its political systems are transformed. In Peace Leadership the operating sytem of the world is transformed.
  2. A Citizen-led Future and Peace, Opportunity and Wellbeing for all are the only viable futures for the planet. The future of life on earth and the planet itself is at stake.

Imagine

Imagine it is 2028 and you live in the USA.

Remember how in 2026 you and 20 million other Americans came together for Reinvent America!. You came up with a vision for the US in 2040 that made the US a star on the world stage, leading the way to a world of peace, opportunity and wellbeing for all. And you all worked out what has to happen for that vision to materialize.

Now imagine that over the next two years the number of people buying into the vision has expanded exponentially. So much so that the numbers of people supporting the traditional political parties has dropped precipitously...

Now imagine how the presidential election is transformed. Imagine how the tone of the campaign is elevated to how the Presidential candidates are going to make the citizen-led plans happen rather than demonize their opponent (that doesn't work any more). Imagine how the role of money and PACs are minimized. Imagine how the role of the media is changed.
